Services. Lead generation services are provided under individual client agreements which set out scope, fees and terms. All plans are month-to-month and may be cancelled anytime with notice as set out in the client agreement.
No guarantees of specific results. Outbound performance depends on market, offer and timing. We commit to transparent effort and reporting; specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed by us or any honest agency.
Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, LeadSire's liability in connection with this website is limited. Service liability is defined in each client agreement.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
